Buon Giorno from Venezia! Wifi is spotty here, so hopefully this post from the airport shows:

I'm writing this on the plane while everyone is sleeping, and will post when we have wifi.

We have already experienced our first scammer, back in good 'old 'Merica! After getting off the plane at JFK, Chris watched over the bags while I used the restroom. A woman approached him and claimed that she had just accidentally gone in to the men's restroom, and in her panic, left her cell phone there. She wanted him to go in and get it for her. Knowing it was a scam, but feeling sorry if the lady was truly that dumb, Chris pulled the carry on luggage with him into the bathroom to check. Needless to say she didn't stick around when it was clear he wasn't going to leave his luggage unattended ;)

Speaking of JFK, we were pretty excited to realize that our two planes were adjacent gates, so no going through security a second time. We had McDonalds in honor of our last American meal for a while. God bless the chicken nugget.

The plane is nice (Mom and Dad it's a 767) though uncomfortable to sleep on ;) They should be rousing everyone awake soon for breakfast. Will post again soon!
